All items are handmade and require processing time before shipment. Please allow 14-21 business days for processing. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Delivery
- Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. Touch of Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs or international processing
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
