All sale items are final! 

Digital products are non-refundable. Once you receive your digital file, the sale is final. 

If you receive your item damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at touchofcreations25@gmail.com. Please email us with the following information:

  • Order Number 

  • Photo evidence of the damaged item and packaging is required with a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
